After nearly a decade bartending weddings and special events across Georgia, Kensley Carnes knew exactly what made a bar experience unforgettable — and what left guests wanting more. In 2025, she took everything she had learned and launched The Rolling Mixology: a fully mobile bar trailer built to bring that same elevated, personal touch directly to your event.
