The Rolling Mix.ology started with an idea that was always bigger than just cocktails.
I’ve always loved the way a bar can bring people together. A great drink can start a conversation, strangers can become friends, and an ordinary night can turn into a memory. I wanted to create something that brought more of those positive moments into people’s lives.
I’ve spent the past decade bartending, and somewhere along the way, I started dreaming about having something of my own. The Rolling Mix.ology was that dream.
With a little help—and a whole lot of belief— that dream finally became a reality.
Today, The Rolling Mix.ology is a small-town business with big dreams. I’m just a small-town girl trying to make her way in this big world, one event, one cocktail, and one connection at a time.
What started as a dream has become a way to do what I love: create beautiful cocktails, make people feel welcome, and be part of the moments that matter.
We’re still growing, still learning, and still dreaming big—but one thing will always stay the same: we believe the best celebrations are the ones that bring people together.

This 12 hour trailer rental includes the following:
Trailer delivery & pick up
Generator
All needed cords & plugs
Three refrigerators
Sink with running water
Trash cans
Free delivery within a 25 mile radius of Athens.
This service is drop off and pick up only and does not provide a bartender or any product.
Don't want to worry about the hassle of making your own cocktails? Don't worry, we've got you covered!
This hourly fee provides one of our highly experienced mixologist's to craft your cocktails and make your event that much more special.
This service is for a bartender only and does not include any bar product.
This service includes:
Trailer set up & delivery
Bartender(s) depending on party size
Product (all spirits and alcohol), mixers, sodas, etc.
Cups, straws & napkins
The number of people in your party and the duration of your event will determine your final price on this full package service.
Full Bar Includes all spirits, beer, wine and mixers- everything you will need to order your favorite drink!
